Web Pages That Suck was a useful website back in the day for new WebDevs. Over the past 15 years or so website design practices have gotten so bad that the WPTS team seems to have finally just thrown in the towel. Maybe I should, from time to time, do a "Web Pages That Suck" post on here. It would certainly result in a lot of content as there are a lot of really bad websites and website practices out there.
